It was a blisteringly hot week this week but work still progressed in spite of this.
The external fire escape stairs are almost complete. Handrails have been started to be fitted to the external ramps.
Decorating continues throughout - the Tom Leonard Gallery now sports its final dark blue finish. The main exhibition space will be painted the same colour next week.
The underfloor heating system has been tested and commissioned - we really did not need it this week!
Finally after weeks of waiting the windows have been installed, meaning that internal plasterboarding and painting can be completed.
Next week the exhibition space will be painted and the external staircase and handrails completed.
